Our global client is a market leader in manufacturing automotive parts and accessories for the industrial trailer, caravan and RV Markets within Australia and NZ

**About the Role**

Working closely with the GM - People, Culture & Safety and the Executive Team, you will be an integral part of the P&C team Great opportunity to expand your skills/knowledge and move more into the HR space. With end to end processing of the payroll our client is happy to train on the HR duties. Ideally you would have some exposure to Workcover claims.

Key responsibilities include:
PAYROLL
- Full responsibility of the payroll of x173 employees. Weekly & monthly pay runs (Pronto an advantage but will train) End to end functions.

HR (Will train)
- Coordinating workcover claims/Return to Work
- Assist with Recruitment
- On and off-boarding
- Maintaining employee files, contracts

**On Offer**
- Full Time permanent position
- Hours: 38 hour week (8.00- 4.30 or 8.30 - 5.00 Friday's 8-2 or 8.30-2.30)
- Based fully **ON SITE** across two locations. Dandenong South (head office) and x1 day/wk Campbellfield (Service centre)

**About You**
- Strong communication skills and can build rapport at all levels
- Open and collaborative
- Excellent computer and administration skills - Intermediate MS Office and Payroll systems (Pronto an advantage)
