MployHR is a wholly owned Australian labour hire recruitment and HR business with a presence in Melbourne, Sydney & Brisbane.
- **Our Client**_

Our client offers a range of timber processes including sanding, coating, scorching, and laminating. They do custom machining of any timber profile in large or small volumes. They are now on the lookout for a Production Coordinator to join their expansion.
- **About the Role**_

Working Hours:

- 7:15 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday
- 7:15 am 1:30 pm on Fridays
- Permanent position

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Master Timber Machining, Laminating, and Coating.
- Confirmations for Production.
- Coordinate new Profiles with Business Manager and Tool Room.
- Interpret Customer Orders for Factory Job Cards, Cutting Lists, and Invoicing.
- Print Production and Invoicing Run Sheets corresponding to Sales Orders.
- Generate Production Tags for Production Orders.
- Ensure timely feedstock availability for planned production orders.
- Estimate feedstock quantity and document in sales orders.
- Notify customers of feedstock and machining issues.
- Deliver replacement feedstock promptly to minimize production delays.
- Issue Production Documentation to Floor and Tool Room.
- Order production materials based on orders.
- Monitor production schedule daily to prevent delays.
- Communicate promptly with customers regarding production issues and lead time renegotiation.
- Coordinate upstream production to maintain downstream workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of all orders by coordinating production activities.
- Provide feedback on order status and lead time.
- Log Customer complaints and Quality Defects.
- Maintain packaging material and stationery inventory.
- Mark Production Orders as completed in Tracking System.
- Adjust Sales order quantities based on actual production.
- File all invoiced Orders.
- Inform customers upon order completion.
- Remind customers to pick up orders.
- Invoice customers for storage exceeding two months.

**About you**:

- Clear Communication and exceptional Listening Skills.
- Ability to Work Under pressure under different customer settings.
- Punctual, Reliable and have a good work ethic.
- Good spatial awareness and navigating safely in a factory environment
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience with timber sales and Admin is a plus but not preferable.
- Driver’s license and full working rights

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
