**About the role**
- **Support Our Leaders**: Assist Nurse Unit Managers with recruitment processes, staff appraisals, audits, and compliance reporting. You’ll be an essential part of driving workforce success.- **Be the Go-To Administrator**: Manage rosters, enter accurate data in systems like Kronos and MHoat, maintain staff records, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.- **Coordinate & Communicate**: Liaise with Payroll and clinical teams, schedule multidisciplinary meetings, take minutes, and keep everyone on track with timely follow-ups.- **Keep Things Running Smoothly**: Monitor ward supplies and equipment, coordinate repairs, and support stock control—helping frontline staff deliver excellent patient care.- **Grow with Us**: Get involved in quality improvement projects, research support, accreditation processes, and broader Inner City Health admin activities—including providing coverage for reception and across teams when needed.**About you**
