The IVVA Cyber Security Tech Lead is responsible for designing and documenting technical and support solution proposals, with reference to a defined system functional baseline, to satisfy customer requirements and project/bid cost targets.

You will be embedded within the System of System Security team to provide technical oversight to other teams within the project/bid, ensuring that the designed solution is designed and implemented as per Security contractual requirements and in accordance to the project/bid schedule and cost constraints.

**Responsibilities will include but is not limited to**:

- Managing the IVVA Security activity and a security team (2 / 3 people) to provide the evidences expecting for the System of System Security accreditation
- Managing the vulnerabilities assessment of the release, and define the security patch management expected for the different sub-systems according the critism of t
- Managing and performing the dedicated security procedures to verify the Systems security design constraints
- Participating to the verification of the security operational procedures
- Working in accordance with the defined Thales processes
- Contributing to System of System Security documents as required by the project.
- Performing peer reviews of system Engineering documentation written by other team members (Allocated Baseline and Product baseline), specially for the Security requirements on the tests procedures written by the IVVA Team
- Maintaining configuration, traceability and tracking compliance of the Security baseline and with other engineering artefact (Functional Baseline, Allocated Baseline and Product baseline for Security related requirements.
- Providing security expertise to System of System, and Integration and Validation and Subsystem, teams during the implementation phase of the project, including the analysis of Security related defects and evolutions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Engineering or Computer Science Degree or equivalent
- CISSP, CISM, SABSA, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, GIAC, or similar

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE**
- Advanced knowledge of IT systems security and software security architectures.
- Proven experience with Security solutions, Security products and Security technologies integration in a large size infrastructure project
- Intimate knowledge of Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM), DSPF and PSPF.
- Experience with System Engineering Process and Engineering life cycle.
- Clear understanding of systems engineering processes and functional baseline (FBL) management [Specification writing, Requirements analysis, Traceability, System level design / architecture / Interface, Requirements management]
- Experience in total life cycle of software development including processes and responsibilities at each stage in the cycle
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
