- The Cyber Security Lead role is to ensure that Metro adheres to all aspects of Data Protection and Cyber Assurance. This includes implementing strategies, guidelines, reference models, segment and solution designs, and security best practice to safeguard business goals.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Be the OCMS first point of contact for all Enterprise ICT works with stakeholders including OCMS, Projects, wider MTM and Projects external parties (Alliances).
- Maintain a sound understanding of the MTM technology, information systems and OCS systems and ensure project complies with security policies and identify and mitigate integration issues.
- Work with the OCMS Architecture, Security and Data teams to support development and delivery of information security requirements in OCMS supported programs.
- Provide regular reporting as directed on aspects of the current status of the information security program.
- Engage and work with the OCMS Architecture Practice team to build alignment between the security and OCMS architectures, thus ensuring that information security requirements are implicit in these architectures and security is built in by design.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent work
- or education-related experience.
- Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture certification (SABSA) is desirable.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) are highly desirable.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an ICT information security architecture role, especially implementing security controls and strategy in IT/OT convergence
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the design and implementation of Enterprise ICT security technical environments and in the implementation of all aspects of cyber security frameworks.
- Sound knowledge of information security risk management and cybersecurity technologies.
- Sound knowledge of current/emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities in IT/OT, and skills in designing countermeasures to identified security risks.
- Knowledge and experience on information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, VPDSF, AS7770 and Australian Government ISM with IEC62443 and NIST800-82 highly regarded.
- Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in and IT/OT.
- Ability to identify critical infrastructure systems with information communication technology that were designed without system security considerations.
