**The Organisation**:

This large healthcare provider are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Operations Lead or someone capable of taking a step up to manage the day-to-day monitoring, incident response and vulnerability management of the SOC.

I’ve recently helped this business to recruit a senior analyst and security engineer into the team. They have a fantastic culture and very experienced management who provide unlimited support, opportunities and dare I say it, a fun environment to work in.

**The Role**:
At a high level your responsibilities will cover:

- Technical Lead of a small team of analysts and security engineers
- Drive the monitoring, detection, and management of threats across the organisational landscape
- Escalation point for incident response
- Working very closely with the Head of Security on uplift of VM/Intelligence capabilities
- Support continual learning and mentoring of the team
- Continually improve the cyber security processes, systems and tools in place
- Provide technical assistance on security related tasks and projects

**About You**:

- Experience working in a SOC as a senior or lead
- Experience leading security incidents
- Experience with threat intel/vulnerability management
- Ability to mentor the team and be the main escalation point
- Sound written and verbal communication
