Technical Assessor

About the role

Main Activities- Triage and allocate service requests to our national specialist network.-
- Validate scope, including cost check, methodology auditing, and overall job relevance.-
- Manage relationships with builders, insurers, insurance assessors, building estimators, and all other relevant stakeholders involved in a building project.-
- Meet and exceed internal validation or project management KPI’s, including but not limited to productivity, quality, and accuracy.-
- Communicate with our clients to keep them updated on service progress.-
- Ensure quality and cost assurance reviews for all building requests.-
- Work with the team manager to maintain network performance and capacity.What You'll Bring- 3-5 years of experience and proven abilities in previous Property Claim and/or Construction roles.-
- Self-motivation and customer orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.-
- Effective time and project management skills.-
- Ability to make responsible and effective decisions and communicate efficiently - both written and verbally.-
- Capability to meet targets and handle a high-pressure environment.-
- Results-driven, striving to meet and exceed our KPI's.-
- Applicants with insurance assessing and/or insurance repair, restoration, building trades backgrounds are highly desirable. A Builders License or other Building Qualifications will also be highly regarded.Interested?
