Our Company currently looking for a **qualified and experienced Trainer /Assessor **for following courses:
1. Cert IV in Disability Support

2. Diploma in Early Childhood and Education Care

3. Diploma in Community Service

4. Cert III in Individual Support

5. Cert IV in Ageing Support

6. Cert IV in Education Support

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Delivery of courses in the classroom environment and on online platforms like zoom/teams.
- Provide support and feedback to ensure successful completion of Course.
- Monitor, mark, and conduct student assessments.
- Plan, review and improve training and assessment.
- Participate in assessment validation, moderation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct workplace visits for Observations.

**Requirements**:

- Recent TAE certification is needed.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Trainer and Assessor is needed.
- Must have recently undertaken training for all or most of the courses mentioned above.
- High level written and oral communication skills in English and Proven ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of educational, industrial or community environments.
- Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment and demonstrated organizational skills applicable to an educational setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.
- Proven strengths in problem solving and change management.
- Thorough knowledge and technical expertise relevant to the current training package.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $58,098.49 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brisbane, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
