We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager to join our experienced team.

The role includes:

- Managing garden maintenance tasks including watering, mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding.
- Maintain and clean garden equipment and tools including bobcats and farm bikes
- Manage routine cleaning of outdoor spaces, including building exteriors, parking areas, and outdoor furniture.
- Assisting with maintenance & cleaning of a 50ft Boat. This includes washing, waxing, and buffing the boat's exterior and interior to maintain its appearance and prevent damage.
- Routine maintenance checks of the vessel
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests and address them promptly, including plumbing, electrical, and other general maintenance issues.
- Loading and unloading materials, setting up and cleaning construction sites and using hand tools and power tools as required

**Requirements**:

- WA Driver's License
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Working Rights
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment and tools
- Knowledge of boats and water vessels
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Team player with a can do attitude
- Able to work autonomously
- Proactive and able to carry out instructions

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (preferred)
