**ROLE**
You will be responsible for winning new business and managing existing business relationships and accounts in a global capacity
- focusing on Europe, United Kingdom and Canada. Utilising your existing key account management experience, this is an autonomous role for someone with experience in the Beauty/fashion/ Lifestyle industry who is looking to perhaps step into a new international market.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Using your Beauty and Retail industry knowledge to establish new business targets and act as Key Account Manager for existing (and future) clients
- End to end process of retailer onboarding and set up in systems, PO Processes and Invoicing
- Working autonomously and also with 3PL based internationally, and internal Sales team members to achieve company growth KPI's and sales targets
- Establishing Sales Tools with design team for relevant collateral and tailoring promotional plans & calendars, launch activity and planograms with each wholesaler
- Forecast stock with Inventory and Ops teams, along with weekly metrics reporting
- Mentor junior team members in wider sales team

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- ** International experience (outside ANZ) **ideally in the Beauty/ Fashion or Lifestyle industry. Previous proven experience dealing with Buyers and Key stakeholders of major wholesalers, retailers or salon/spa channel
- Strong negotiation skills and relentless business development approach
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running while also working well with internal team members
- High attention to detail in end-to-end sales process and analytical skills for interpreting data
- Confident presenting sales pitches to all levels and creating/maintaining relationships with existing and new business partners
