**Wholesale Channel Manager - Industrial Electrical**

This Brisbane Electrical Supplier has enjoyed strong growth in the Australian market. They are well known in the electrical industry and are now looking for their next Wholesale Chanel Manager working from their Brisbane head office.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic Wholesale Channel Manager with a deep understanding of the industrial electrical market. This role entails managing wholesale distribution channels, fostering relationships with key partners, and driving sales growth across Queensland and New South Wales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our wholesale distribution network in the industrial electrical market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale partners and electrical contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential acquisitions and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with channel strategies and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and product enhancement.
- Provide regular reports on channel performance and market trends to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven track record in wholesale channel management within the industrial electrical market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
