Our client is seeking an experienced Finance & Purchasing Officer who is ready to take the next step in their career. **The Role**

As Purchasing & Procurement Officer you will help with a variety of tasks. This is a team-based role where you will enjoy the support of a Senior Administrators who have been with the business for many years. You will take ownership of the assigned suppliers and be tasked with driving continuous process improvement. This individual will also have the opportunity to assist with a Procurement project, where you will evaluate pricing & consolidate current suppliers of the organisation. The business operates in a hybrid office/WFH model, and you will be given great flexibility. The role is well suited to an individual who enjoys building internal / external relationships and will be viewed as a true business partner across the business.

You will be responsible for:

- Process Procurement (from order through to receipt / delivery)
- Maintain Accurate Purchase & Pricing Records
- Inventory Management
- Lead Monthly Stocktake
- Staff Reimbursements
- Process Improvement Opportunities
- Lead an RFP Project
- Business Partner with Non-Finance Stakeholders
- Processing Invoices
- Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable Queries

**Your Profile**

You will have a strong background in Purchasing / Procurement either in a stand-alone capacity or as a part of a broader team.
Ideally you will have exposure to a medium or large ERP and will be comfortable using Excel.

A positive attitude is a must for this role as the business has worked hard to develop a welcoming and inclusive culture that they wish to maintain.
