Are you an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker looking for the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives? Care Talent is looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team who can do Community Access

Our Support workers are required to engage with clients to develop skills through community participation, provide one on one support, community access and transport, as well as day to day personal care in Supported Independent Living & Supported Disability Accommodation settings.

**Key Requirements**:
**MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS SHIFTS 9AM - 3PM**
- Minimum of 6 months work experience as a Support worker in Australia and with a - minimum Cert III Individual Support/Disability or higher
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Current Medication Administration Certificate
- Fully vaccinated with Covid vaccination/booster and Flu vaccine
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Current driver’s license with reliable transport

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $94.00 per hour
