**About the Opportunity**
- commerce team that is transforming the way our Independent Retailer’s browse, select and order products and services that support the growth of their Retail businesses. The Sorted Retailer Coordinator will be responsible for onboarding Independent Retailers to our new B2B e-commerce marketplace as well as a full range of customer service functions that enable sustained growth for Retailers, Suppliers and Metcash.

**In this Role**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for independent retailers onto Sorted.
- Serve as the primary point of ongoing contact for retailers using Sorted.
- Collaborate with National Trading Teams, Logistics Teams, Retailer Operations Teams, and Marketing to strategically increase the number of retailers deriving benefits from Sorted.
- Effectively address and resolve retailer queries and concerns related to Sorted, whilst capturing feedback for future enhancements.
- Work closely with the wider Sorted team to ensure prompt responses to retailer orders, following pre-determined guard rails.
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with the wider Sorted team, with a particular lens to identify opportunity Suppliers not yet on Sorted.

**You’re Likely a Match If***
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in the administrative processes involved in managing product data.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative style that supports multiple Supplier and Metcash teams.
- Attention to detail is vital.
- Proven experience in a similar sales or promotions role within FMCG.
