Our B2B marketplace enables Retailers to buy the products and services important to them and their customers.

Due to an internal promotion we have an excellent opportunity to join the team as the Retail Lead - Sorted. Reporting to the Customer Manager - Sorted, you will be responsible for supporting the Sorted Customer Manager to drive adoption of a new technology recently released to our customers.

This role will involve the active management of the customer adoption pipeline, maintaining the adoption schedule, regularly reporting progress to the Business Owner and PMO and resolving risks that could delay adoption. The role will also look to support the Head of Business Development with other change initiatives related to adoption & enhancement of the Product.

What you’ll do

Lead the conversion of all Retailers from legacy Charge Through to Sorted.

lead the on-going ‘customer care’ of all Retailers using the platform.

Work within and contribute to a highly organized and customer centric workflow process for Customer adoption and issue management and Retailer related UAT testing.

The role will have a strong focus on day-to-day deliverables (conversion/ customer issue mgt) as well as supporting the Retailers & Supplier Customer manager on strategic design of the platform and it’s services going forward.

High level of workflow management with MRT team focusing on Retailer BOS integration.

Highly engaged plans / network with Operational/Channels teams (Nationally and State based).

Identify and escalate risks and issues with adoption to Customer Manager for resolution

Support Product Group by providing targeted progress reports and resolving showstoppers

What you’ll bring

Retail and Wholesale experience is desirable

At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Learning & Development role

Strong communication skills and a collaborative style that supports multiple Retailers and Metcash teams.

Proven experience in a similar sales or promotions role within FMCG

Systems experience with Microsoft Office including Excel & Power BI, Salesforce and SAP Hybris highly regarded
