As our Client Training Manager, you will take ownership of the client training journey, ensuring users feel confident using our platform long after implementation. Working closely with our Implementation and Product teams, you’ll create resources and deliver training that is clear, accessible, and aligned with product updates.

What You Will Be Doing:

- **Client Training**: Deliver engaging training sessions for new and existing clients. You’ll step in after the implementation phase to ensure users are fully trained on our systems and kept up to date with product changes.
- **Documentation**: Write and update easy-to-follow user guides and manuals to support ongoing learning.
- **Content Creation**: Design and produce high-quality training videos and PDF learning materials.

**Job Qualifications**:
What you will bring:
**Essential**:

- Proven Experience in client training, instructional design, or software onboarding.
- Strong Presentation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills to effectively engage clients and deliver clear training.
- Experience with LMS Platforms, Webinar Tools, and Content Creation Software (e.g., video editing, PDF authoring tools).
- Ability to Manage Multiple Training Projects and adapt quickly to evolving client needs and product changes.

**Preferred**:

- Background in a similar position within the insurance industry
