**Job Description**:
What will you be doing?
- Training new airesourcers
- Training for existing airesourcers
- Quality checks on airesourcers
- One on one with airesourcers for feedback
- Continuous improvement around airesourcing processes
- Encouraging airesourcers to take ownership and develop their own work
- Assisting with rostering
- Airesourcing call lists weekly
- Actioning automations for our automation support service
- Assisting AiRESourcing Leader where needed
Job Qualifications:
Are you the right fit?
- 2+ years client management experience
- 2+ years training experience
- Call centre experience
- Managing telemarketers experience desirable
