This is a great opportunity to join our Operations team as a Customer Service Representative, ensuring we get the right medicine, to the right patient, at the right time. We're a small, friendly team, based in Warriewood on the Northern Beaches.

To be successful in the role you will be proactive and enthusiastic, with a lovely phone manner and the ability to quickly pick up new systems. We're looking for people who have availability across 3-4 weekdays, and are able to work out of our offices in Warriewood.

On a day to day basis, you'll be:

- Reviewing incoming orders, and allocate tasks in a timely manner
- Sourcing information on products to support quotes
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy for dispatching orders ensuring customer expectations are met
- Resolving simple customer issues and analyse customers need to communicate to the Customer Service Manager
- Escalating customer complaints or issues for immediate action
- Referring customer issues to sales team for follow up where appropriate
- As the true heart of the business you'll work with all of our teams including supply chain, in-field, finance, medical, regulatory and more

To be successful for this position, you'll need:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role - no matter whether its retail, office or call centre based
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaboratively across teams
- Motivated and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem solving

Pay: $32.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
