**We’re looking for a Client Services Officer to join our Client Services team in Melbourne. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement.**

**About The Role**

The Client Services Officer plays a key support role within the Research & Ratings business, providing responsive, high-quality service to Lonsec’s clients.

Reporting to the Head of Product (iRate) & Client Services, this role is critical in supporting seamless onboarding, platform support, and issue resolution for Lonsec Research & Ratings client groups, while maintaining strong internal collaboration and a customer-first approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing platform access
- Manage daily client queries for iRate and coordinate issue resolution through various communication channels
- Assist with Research & Ratings enquiries, data discrepancies, and reporting
- Maintain user access and monitor service queues to meet response timesShare usage insights, feedback, and contribute to service improvements

**About You**:

- Experience in client service, ideally within financial services or SaaS platforms
- Skilled in managing client communications and onboarding using CRM and ticketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced settingProactive problem-solver who works well independently and in cross-functional teams

**Essential Qualifications**:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
