**About the role**:
We are looking for a
**Client Service Support Officer** who will be reporting through to the Client Manager. This role will involve interacting daily with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a 12 month contract to start as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Provide administrative support to the team
- Assist in answering calls, coordinating responses to technical enquiries and processing the inbox
- Sort and process high volumes of data whilst maintaining accuracy
- Coordinating client orders, enquiries and complaints
- Provide administrative support for Account Managers relating to all customer queries
- Understand Scientific Laboratory terms in order to liaise with the laboratory
- Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, word, Outlook) experience with LIMS would be advantageous

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Minimum of a degree Tertiary Qualification in science field and experience in a client facing
- Experience in administration preferably in a laboratory environment is highly regarded
- Experience in administration and laboratory functions
- Planning and co-ordination skills to organise work and meet deadlines
- Great communication skills both orally and in writing
