**The role**

We’re currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the Crown Casual Staffing (CCS) team to work across our F&B venues - from our Casual to Premium Restaurants, Events and Conference and the VRC at Flemington Racecourse

In this role, you’ll provide joyful, elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:

- Support the team in the day-to-day operations of venues - delivery of food and drinks, maintaining service areas and opening and closing duties
- Provide exceptional customer service results with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront.
- Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and guidelines are followed

**About you**
You’ll bring the following:

- Availability to work 2-3 shifts a week across peak business periods, seasonal events and late nights
- Previous experience in a fast paced, high-volume Restaurant and/or Events environment preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment with strong communication skills to liaise with guests of all levels
- A valid Victorian RSA
