**The Role**

The medical team at Crown ensure that all of our guests are cared for and have an enjoyable visit or stay to our venues. We have a great opportunity for a medic to join us on a casual basis. This role will give you the opportunity to grow your medical knowledge base around hours that work for you. Reporting to the Medical Services Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Providing best practice medical treatment of all employees, contractors, and patrons
- Adhering to all clinical governance requirements and treatment within their CPGs.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture and develop a productive teamwork environment
- Operate under the provision of superior customer experiences and professionalism
- Liaise effectively with other business departments such as Table Games, Gaming Machines, Food & Beverage and Hotels to effectively uphold the Medical Services operations

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will need to have the qualifications listed below. Relevant experience in both clinical and training fields is highly regarded. This role will require you to be flexible and undertake shifts on a 24/7 roster. You will also need;
- HLT51020 Diploma of Emergency Health Care (near completion is also fine), HLT51015 - Diploma of Paramedical Science or Bachelor of Paramedicine or working toward this (2nd year and above)
- Exceptional probity clearance essential
- Comfortable in working in a close-knit team but also the ability to provide treatment while working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills including communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service
- Ability to learn quickly and incorporate new skills

**Qualifications**:
HLT51015 - Diploma of Paramedical Science Or HLT51020 - Diploma of Emergency Health Care or Bachelor of Paramedcine
