**About The Role**:
Our team is committed to delivering exceptional brand experience and visual merchandising solutions that will inspire and convert our customersThis role is highly focused on data for distribution planning to drive strategic decisions and improve performance across the business. You will have a genuine opportunity to impact success by supporting in delivering these experiences through consistent execution of our visual merch strategy.

**Day to day will include, but not limited to**:

- ** Supporting Execution of Visual Merchandising Strategy**:Collaborate with the VM team, business unit cross-functional and retail teams to ensure consistent rebel tone of voice in all visual merchandising
- ** Project Management**:Support VM team with management of end-to-end campaign execution
- ** Effective Communication**:Communicate with Trade Partners & internal stakeholders effectively to ensure successful campaign execution
- ** Financial Support**:Management of VM Opex budget and monthly reporting
- ** Workplace Health & Safety**: Maintain a safe working environment for all team members by ensuring compliance with all WHS safety programs & building commitment culture

**About You**:

- ** Experience** in a similar VM role or 2 years’ exp operating in a retail environment
- ** Skills **in analysing sales data, foot traffic and customer interactions to adjust displays for optimal performance
- ** Understanding** and experience in working with planograms
- ** High degree** of organisational and prioritising ability
- ** Strong **communication skills with ability to build strong working relationships
- ** Excellent **computer skills, particularly with MS Excel
