People and Culture Lead

  • Paying between $150k - $165k + Super, with flexible working arrangements, hybrid working model with 1-2 days WFH

Your Day To Day Will Include

  • Leading and developing your team (Talent Acquisition + L&D) to reach their full potential in achieving their goals
  • Driving a culture of transparency, integrity, and continuous improvement
  • Leading initiatives in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Supporting acquisitions and growth through effective people planning
  • Building and sustaining both internal and external relationships that foster trust, innovation, and collaboration

What You Need To Succeed

  • 3+ years experience leading a P&C team within a growth-focused business
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, coupled with extensive HR experience
  • A background in supporting scale-ups and founder-led businesses
  • Demonstrated success in delivering key metrics as part of a P&C strategy
  • Ability to connect with senior stakeholders, offer solutions, and challenge with respect
  • Track record in leading teams with authenticity and humility, built on a foundation of trust
  • A growth mindset - committed to being a lifelong learner and inspiring the same in others
