- Creative Studio – Be at the heart of rebel's creative studio, assisting Creative manager in driving workflow, approvals, and resourcing to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Collaboration at Scale – Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, talent, and suppliers, building strong networks and leading projects hands-on.
A CAREER IN SPORT IS CALLING
rebel is an Australian sports retailer established in 1985. At rebel, we believe in the transformative power of sport. It's more than just fitness—it transcends competition and goes beyond wellbeing. Sport is anything that gets you moving. We believe it can transform everything from building confidence to slam-dunking stress. Sport makes us the best version of ourselves, and the simplest way to express our philosophy is this: Sport is calling.
Play for our team and help inspire all Australians to chase their sporting dreams and passions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Creative Production Specialist who thrives on managing projects and people as much as production. Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role acts as both producer and project lead — driving creative workflows, coordinating shoots, managing suppliers, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.
You'll operate like an internal account manager, building strong relationships with marketing stakeholders, trade partners, and agency collaborators, while ensuring the Creative Studio has what it needs to deliver seamlessly. With visibility across retail, eComm, digital, social, and paid media, you'll play a central role in connecting briefs to execution and ensuring every campaign is delivered with precision and impact.
About You:You are equal parts organiser and relationship-builder — someone who thrives on managing multiple projects, but also knows how to keep stakeholders informed, confident, and engaged. You have the sharp attention to detail of a producer, paired with the communication skills of an account manager.
You can confidently manage budgets, timelines, and approvals, while also acting as the main point of contact between creative teams and business stakeholders. Naturally collaborative, you're trusted to balance priorities, solve problems quickly, and keep projects moving without losing sight of the creative vision.
Key Skills:- Proven experience in a Creative Producer / Account Management / Production Specialist / Studio Coordinator role
- 3-4+ years' experience in creative production, project management, or similar (agency or in-house)
- Strong knowledge of production processes across digital, print, retail, and social
- Experience managing shoots (photography/video), talent, locations, and suppliers
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Familiarity with design and motion asset delivery formats across social, eComm, paid media, OOH, and in-store
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. , PageProof)
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and feedback cycles
- Excellent time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Collaborative mindset with interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive approach with strong initiative to keep projects moving
At rebel, we're more than just a retailer — we're passionate about inspiring Australians to live and play sport. As part of the Super Retail Group, you'll enjoy:
- Competitive salary package + super
- Generous discounts across all SRG brands (rebel, BCF, Macpac, Supercheap Auto)
- Hybrid and flexible working options
- Learning & development opportunities to grow your career
- A fun, supportive, and collaborative team environment where your work makes an impact
