Our client is a well-established, dynamic and highly regarded fintech company, located in Sydney's CBD. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract

Reporting to the TA Manager, the main responsibilities will include:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including; role briefing, creating the sourcing strategy, posting advertisements, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, keeping in touch and offering.
- Partnering with the Technology team and recruiting both permanent and contract roles.

To be considered for this opportunity, we ask you to have;
- Solid end-to-end internal recruitment experience across a broad range of corporate roles ideally within Technology.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence as well as manage expectations.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach.
