As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for recruitment activities in our Digitech and corporate portfolio, where you’ll be supporting the business in sourcing great talent. TA Specialists may also be responsible for management of bulk recruitment processes under the direction of a Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager. Timely delivery, high quality and involvement in Continuous Improvement projects will be part of the TA Specialist role.

You’ll have:

- Experience recruiting a variety of differing roles in a large, complex organisation
- Good track record in an internal TA function/external agency or both and performing a similar role with 2-3+ years experience.
- A proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and ability to perform under tight deadlines in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing recruitment strategies, implementing recruitment processes and coordinating recruitment campaigns to successful outcomes
- The ability to develop plans and coordinate multiple project activities with stakeholders, managing conflicting deadlines and coordinating resources accordingly
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including MS Office and experience in delivering efficiencies via technology using Workday or another recruitment system
- Good problem-solving capability and ability to exercise sound judgement, exploring innovative approaches to sourcing strategies
- An understanding of Digital, Marketing and/or General Finance related roles would be advantageous
