TA Specialist | Local Council | Campbelltown/ hybrid | 6 months with view to perm | $50ph + Super

**Your new company**
Your new company is a local council located in the Campbelltown area. The council is growing and expanding and they need a TA Specialist to join the People & Culture team on a temporary basis with view to permanency.

**Your new role**
As a TA Specialist you will be working alongside the HRBP and supporting the Council with high-volume end to end recruitment for a variety of internal roles.

**Responsibilities**:

- work closely with HRBPs and hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and recruitment needs.
- guide and coach hiring managers in recruitment practices and skills.
- develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent using multiple platforms.
- manage employment contracts and commencement of induction.
- support with data analysis and reporting.
- continuously improving sourcing and recruitment strategies and processes.
- maintaining APS.
- network and partner with key internal and external stakeholders and establish strong working relationships.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- substantial experience in a similar role leading high-volume end to end recruitment for a variety of roles.
- experience working to and meeting demanding targets and deadlines within recruitment campaigns in a high-volume environment.
- ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- excellent communication skills, as well as time management, organisational and problem solving skills.
- excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as exposure to recruitment platforms such as Taleo, Ezijob, etc.
- COVID-19 Vaccination or medical contraindication upon commencement
