**Your new role**
Your new role as a SaaS Area Sales Manager will give you the chance to put on a hard hat and boots and work with the best construction materials companies in the industry.
You will be expected to:
- Generate new revenue and grow existing accounts
- Win projects and sales through prospecting, presenting, and selling complex solutions & services
- Build and cultivate pipelines
- Achieve sales goals and targets
- Provide market insights
- Develop sales plans and strategies
- Travel regularly to visit clients and prospects
- Promote the product and brand
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience finding new business & developing existing accounts
- Ability to identify problem areas and provide solutions
- Proven track record of managing and growing a sales territory
- A strong passion for helping people and businesses
- Experience selling SaaS software
- Strong experience working with CRM and project database systems
