**The Opportunity**:
If you have a keen eye for detail and love supporting high-performing teams, this opportunity is perfect for you Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of the Branch Administrator is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Branch including payroll and service invoice processing; reception and phone enquiries; customer service support; general secretarial and clerical duties.

**Roster: Monday to Friday**

**Role Located: Dry Creek, Adelaide**

**What we are looking for**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Demonstrated experience/skills as an Administrator or Office Manager-type role
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Customer service experience.
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs with sound data entry skills.
- Work as an active Komatsu Australia team member.
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers.
- Sound time management and ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in mid-senior level administration.
- Payroll experience.
- Experience with SAP payroll administration.
