**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications. You’ll assist in content creation, event coordination, website management, reporting and more making this a perfect opportunity for a junior marketer looking to grow in a future-focused tech environment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support campaign execution, including digital, content and events
- Coordinate and manage collateral and promotional merchandise
- Update and maintain AC3’s website content and structure
- Help manage CRM and campaign workflows using marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Maintain marketing calendars and assist with campaign reporting
- Liaise with vendors, agencies and internal teams to align messaging and delivery
- Support internal communications and general marketing administration tasks
- Ensure brand consistency, data quality and timely execution of campaigns

**What You Bring**
- 1+ years’ experience in a marketing or communications role (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is desirable
- Event coordination and Adobe Creative Suite experience a bonus
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or a related field
- Ability to adapt, innovate and work under pressure with multiple stakeholders
