- ** Based in Sydney - hybrid working, 2 days in office at Norwest & 1 day in office at Surry Hills**

As an **Integrated Supply Planner**, you will be responsible for placing purchase orders and managing stock flow from suppliers through to distribution centres. This role ensures the right stock is in the right place at the right time to meet demand, while optimising inventory levels and supporting service targets.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Acts as the key link between Pinnacle & Endeavour Replenishment teams for the Domestic Wine portfolio
- Own the end-to-end replenishment process across the Pinnacle Domestic Wine portfolio, from PO placement to DC delivery.
- Manage daily ordering processes and maintain data integrity within SAP and other systems of record.
- Support major and seasonal planning activities with data-driven recommendations on pipe-fill, stock cover, and distribution strategies.
- Provide timely reporting and insights on KPIs, stock health, case fill, and DIFOT performance.
- Deliver weekly DIFOT projections and service updates, ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management
- Collaborate with Fulfilled By Endeavour and 3PL partners to manage the physical movement of stock, resolve transport-related issues, and ensure delivery accuracy.
- Identify forecast misalignments, supply risks, and opportunities through regular reviews and exception analysis.
- Support root cause analysis on out-of-stocks and delivery gaps, recommending and implementing corrective actions.
- Plan and monitor stock levels across both production facilities and distribution centres to ensure efficient utilisation of capacity and continuity of supply.
- Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration forums to ensure plan alignment. Drive continuous improvement through system enhancements, process standardisation, and stakeholder engagement.

What do we need from you

- Prior experience in supply planning, in particular within FMCG would be a benefit.
- Proficiency in SAP (ERP)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel, Google Docs Experience with 3PL and international logistics
