As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will be instrumental in providing support to GYG Restaurants to deliver best-in-class service to our guests. You will own and manage the Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring adequate coverage for supply chain customer service and requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross functional teams and drive improvements across our supply chain.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Implement, manage and improve the GYG Sales & Operations Planning process
- Manage monthly forecasts at category, family, and SKU levels, reviewing prior period assumptions and refining outlook assumptions
- Develop relationships with planners at suppliers and organise regular reviews to ensure smooth operations
- Drive and enable cross functional input and ownership of key S&OP components, including Product Management Review, Demand Management Review, and Supply Management Review
- Review supply plans with suppliers and third party logistic providers, identifying gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on supply chain-related decisions, including relocations, contingencies, and broader supply trade-offs
- Support vendor management business processes with input into procurement strategy and supplier agreements
- Extract data from various sources to support forecasts and other analytical requirements
- Support projects within the business by providing data, insight, and knowledge

**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or customer centric field in Quick Service Restaurant sector
- Experience in leadership of S&OP processes
- Tertiary qualifications such as Business, Supply Chain, Science, Engineering or related
- High level of attention to detail and sound organisational skills
- High analytical skills and competency, with the ability to provide insights in data analysis
- Superior numeracy skills including MS Excel
- Strong computer/IT acumen including the ability to use balance of Microsoft Office suite
