Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Risk Project Officer on a contract for 6 months with potential extension.

**Position Overview**

We are seeking motivated individuals to join Strategy and Support in Law Design and Practice Group. Law Design and Practice Strategy and Support provides a range of services to staff and senior management in the LDP group. Our clients are a dynamic group with broad responsibilities spanning the ATO. We work with stakeholders to develop end to end solutions from a business and client perspective. We are passionate about providing a professional service with a focus on utilising enterprise technologies and tools to deliver a contemporary service.

- Contribute to the management of project scheduling and dependency management across the risk project
- Contribute to monitoring the risk project and work progress; and managing priorities in an efficient manner that is flexible to the needs of the stakeholders, whilst maintaining a focus on outcomes.
- Contribute to risk workshops and support business owners complete risk documentation using expert knowledge and experience.
- Research, analyse and evaluate information to support effective risk management and decision making
- Develop risk management strategies, policies and guidelines to manage risk
- Liaise with stakeholders on complex matters and provide advice and recommendations to support risk management
- Design treatment plans and processes in risk management to progress outcomes
- Identify impacts on the risk environment and make recommendations to achieve and improve business outcomes
- Deal with uncertainty in a positive and flexible manner, share information with others and contribute expertise in risk management across the Law Design and Practice Group.
