Role Overview

managing practice operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service

Key Responsibilities
- Practice Management: Oversee daily operations, manage operations and systems
- Team Coordination: Support staff, coordinate team meetings, and assist in onboarding and training.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, update policies
- Knowledge of NDIS system and Portal, workcover guidelines, Medicare, payroll and proficient with systems

**Requirements**:

- Experience: experience in practice management
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency with systems.
- Attributes: Empathetic, proactive, and dedicated to high standards of client care and practice excellence

If you have what it takes to run a practice, are excited to lead a practice, are experienced in systems and updating policies and procedures, have knowledge in a private practice, enjoy working independently as well as part of the team, still want to see a small case load then you are the person we are looking for.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 13 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Medical practice management: 1 year (preferred)
