**Role**

We are seeking an experienced passionate and highly motivated Operation Manager who can maintain effective quality systems and processes in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements that are consistent with training and assessment activities as an RTO within the VET system.

**About Us**

Australian Global College is a CRICOS RTO operating in Liverpool. We provide specialised training in Business, Early Childhood, Ageing Support, Beauty, IT and Management Courses.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Strong leadership and time management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated experience in document development and system processes Ability to interpret legal documents
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong motivated teams within an organisation
- Strong computer skills and business correspondence ability

**Desirable Criteria**:

- Experience and empathy dealing with various client groups
- Current knowledge and understanding of VET system and the AQF Standards
- Experience with submissions and acquittal of Government Funded Programs
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (current)

**Responsibilities**:
1.Ensure all documentation and administrative activities relating to our business as a Registered Training Organization is correctly implemented, maintained and updated in an accurate and professional manner to meet established deadlines and ASQA compliance requirements

2. Maintain existing systems and processes, and where necessary contribute to the development and customization of new requirements

3. Maintain an open and interactive relationship with government and industry bodies such as AVETMISS, DET, Industry Skills Councils and regulatory bodies

4. Review, maintain and improve internal controls procedures

5. Provide leadership to all staff to ensure Australian Global College is seen as the preferred provider of training and assessment services by Government and clients
- Hold a Diploma or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Have solid RTO and CRICOS experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing a remote team of direct and indirect reports
- Demonstrated experience as a VET practitioner
- Experience in leading investigations and ASQA audits
- Ability to manage training budget

Extensive knowledge in Student Management Systems AXcelerate is beneficial.
