**Calvary and Medibank Joint Venture**

In 2020, Calvary and Medibank formed a joint venture to deliver a virtual hospital, an innovative, integrated virtual hospital that leverages a virtual care center (VCC) to deliver hospital-level care to South Australians in the comfort of their homes.

The Calvary and Medibank Joint Venture** **(CMJV)** **has successfully delivered care to over 180,000 patients across NSW, Vic, QLD, SA and WA. Care is delivered through a digital platform with partners and a strong multidisciplinary workforce strategy at its core.

**The role**

Reporting to the Technology Director, The Reporting and Analytics Lead will support the strategy and growth of the evolving needs of this core digital health service business.

This will include:

- Operational and strategic analysis, and industry and customer insights to support business growth and high-quality customer engagement
- Data driven analytics for insight into opportunities to grow virtual hospitals, virtual aged care, and other digital health opportunities
- Benefits Modelling for virtual and home-based care and other settings
- Driving innovation through technology and model assessment and determination of where it fits to support growth
- Developing strategies for demand and supply opportunities and partnerships

**Your Strengths and Experience**

We’re on the search for a problem solver with a curious mindset who enjoys thinking on their feet and working collaboratively to solve complex problems. You will also have:

- Demonstrated achievements and experience in statistical, economic and/or other quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Demonstrated skills around data strategy, warehouses and reporting including creating engaging and effective analysis artefacts including reports, papers and presentations
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Australian health and human service sectors and policy context.
- Familiarity with Australian Data Standards and health datasets including funding models
- Customer facing experience (eg requirements gathering, presentation)
- Tertiary qualifications in a commerce, economics, information and communication technology, mathematics, statistics, public health or other related discipline.
