High Street Natural Health is seeking a Reception Manager to join our team
As the manager of our reception, you will be the main point of contact for our patients and practitioners. You'll offer
guidance, support, and help them excel in their roles and provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for health and people. You'll be responsible for implementing
new reception procedures and upholding our high standards.

Experienced in coordinating the daily administration operations of a business?

Responsibilities.
- To manage the reception and establish and maintain booking systems.
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting and welcoming
- Creating social media content and website updates
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Ensuring that a diary system of appointments is kept up to date
- Ordering of facility supplies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing.
- Provide administration support.
- Actively promote sales and bookings
Qualifications & Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
Experience in marketing strategies
Social Media and website experience
Ability to work in a busy reception area,
Managing competing demands at the same time as maintaining excellent customer service.
- Good organizational skills.
- Sales and marketing experience.
- Social media content writing and strategy
Full-Time Hours will be considered for the right applicant.

Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
**Experience**:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Website building experience (2-3 years )
Social media experience (3 years)
Marketing experience (2 years)
Work Authorisation:
Australia (required)
Work Location: In person

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
