**The Role**

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team at The Skin Clinic Fremantle on a casual basis. This position is for 3-5 days per week (20 - 38 hours), plus coverage for sick and annual leave as necessary. Shifts may be rostered between Monday and Friday, varying between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required

- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Experience using Best Practice is advantageous
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
