The Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist for a dual location role to join our dedicated team atour Fremantle Skin Clinic & West Leederville Skin Centre on a Full-Time basis.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic, you will be responsible for:

  • Warmly greeting and assisting patients
  • Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
  • Accurate data entry of patient information
  • Processing payments
  • Managing phone and email queries
  • Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
  • General administration duties as required

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry or similar is essential
  • Previous experience with medical practice software, such as Best Practice will be highly regarded
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care
  • A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
  • Approachable, reliable and dependable
  • Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positivecan-do attitude
  • Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
  • Authorised to work in Australia
