**The Organisation**
Our client is a well-established Australian based, global organisation with circa 250 employees nationally. You will be joining a small but forward-thinking and fast-paced HR Team.

**The Role**
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior People and Culture Advisor and will have the opportunity to learn and develop from experienced professionals in a close-knit HR team. Your main responsibilities will include providing admin support across the full employee lifecycle, supporting with onboarding, probation reviews and employer engagement surveys. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and support with various improvement projects across the business.

**The Criteria**
Our client is looking for a recent HR graduate or current student who is keen to develop on their HR admin experience. Our client is looking for a proactive, self-starter who is very detailed oriented and possesses strong communication skills to act as a first point of contact for employee queries. Ideally, you will have previous administration experience and be confident working in a team environment and independently. To be considered for this opportunity you need to be immediately available.
