**Job Overview**:
The Ecosystem Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, event coordination and project delivery for the Innovative Society Initiative. This includes coordinating logistics, project management and helping the team run seamlessly. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program coordinating and operations for various programs and projects that support the growth of the ecosystem, including the Innovative Society Fund and Meshpoints
- Administration of Fund Portfolio projects, including following up on acquittal process, marketing updates etc.
- Keep track of project timelines and upcoming events, and be on the ground coordination support for Startup Weekend, Meshpoints Annual Congress and new proposed projects.
- Empower Meshpoints through: onboarding Partners, administering online events and platforms, timely communications, and supporting collaborative projects
- Working in Hubspot CRM to keep contact records updated
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs and projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Communicating effectively to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the program or project.
- Based out of Riff, powered by Spacecubed, and undertake basic operational tasks including opening and closing of the space.
- Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation measures or improvements e.g. better wokflows, more effective communications, safer events, inclusive networks.

**Additional Responsibilities / Tasks**
- Assist other teams where necessary

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent at coordinating the operations for various programs and projects, running on similar and overlapping timelines
- Passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation, and the people, ideas, and methods who can help create a smart, innovative WA society
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Great communication skills - written and verbal
- Some flexibility with adhoc and after-hours working hours
