Contracts & Commercial Specialist

**About the Role**:
We are excited to invite a talented **Contracts & Commercial Specialist**to join our dynamic team in Adelaide, supporting the Aerospace, Surveillance, and Response (ASR) team.

At Nova, we pride ourselves on being a Major Service Provider (MSP) to the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) within the Australian Department of Defence. We are dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of CASG and the broader industry.

Your expertise in contracts management will be crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of these high-impact projects, driving innovation and excellence in defence services.

Please note: You must already hold a current or recently suspended NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance to be considered.

**What you will be involved in**:

- Develop and maintain Contract Management Plan
- Working closely with Defence procurement options and processes
- Commercial reviews of Contract Change Proposals
- Work collaboratively with a small project team and take responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project
- Liaising with Project Management, Engineering, ILS, the client, and other project team members to deliver results
- Innovation and continuous improvement
- Develop ASDEFCON requests for tender submissions to support the acquisition of Defence equipment

**What we would like from you**:

- Commercial management experience, working ‘above the line’ with Defence
- Previous experience working in CASG
- 5 years+ experience in a Commercial role
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Australian Citizenship with a current or recently suspended NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance
