CHC is currently seeking a Flight Operations Supervisor in our West Perth Office. Reporting to the Manager Flight Operations. This is a key role responsible for supporting CHC bases, Flight Operations and the day-to-day running of the Fatigue Risk Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assisting the MFO in the efficient administrative management and coordination of resources of the Flight Operations department
- Liaising with CASA for CHC documents and submissions
- Ensure processes for the FRMS are established, implemented and maintained
- Supervise the efficient management and coordination of resources of the Flight Standards Department
- Assist in Developing and deliver appropriate FRMS training to all required staff
- Work directly with ROCC schedulers to offer advice on Scheduling Requirements to ensure FRMS compliance
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems concerning FRMS compliance
- Educate Base Managers on FRMS issues and impacts of roster changes.
- Monitor and ensure the iSAR Flight and Duty program is current and accurate at all times
- Provide support to the Manager Flight Operations with auditing the iSAR Program
- Conducting FRMS daily spot checks to ensure compliance
- Conducting FRMS weekly audits on all flight crew log books and rosters

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

- An understanding of FRMS principles and CASA regulations.
- Previous experience with FRMS in an aviation role
- Experience with data collection and analysis techniques
- Investigative, auditing, and analytical skills and experience
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly effective problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong planning, time management and organisational skills
