**Job Description**:
Toll Global Logistics is searching for 2 x Operations Supervisors to effectively coordinate and manage the transport of customer products to depots, terminals and other delivery locations. Toll Group is offering these roles as FIFO from Perth or residential on an 8/6 roster, to base out of our Port Hedland site.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, these positions will be responsible for the administration and daily running of the operation, including booking flights, rostering, payroll entry including revenue capture and scheduling, as well as being the point of contact for our customers.

As the Operations Supervisors, you will:

- Co-ordinate with fuel drivers their planned deliveries and discuss any specific requirements with them to ensure the delivery is achieved.
- Create Load Plans and Paperwork that comply with all facets of Compliance for Road Transport Rules and Regulations and Dangerous Goods Requirements.
- Communicate and monitor site dips against demand and planned deliveries with the customer representative and adjust plan.
- Process Driver’s Trip Sheets, Fatigue Hours, Take 5's and Payroll and ensure all hours are correct and accounted for.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in the transport industry, with strong administrative skills.
- Clear problem solving and time management abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally.
- A safety focus and commitment to Toll's Safety Obsessed Culture.
