**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **General Manager - Employment Solutions**
- Provide accurate and timely analysis and reporting to key stakeholders, including regular reports on employment outcomes and forecast.
- Working closely with other Executives to achieve required business outcomes for Employment Solutions portfolio
- Designing and delivering programs that support the strategic outcomes for employment solutions in both Endeavour Business Solutions locations and external employers
- Developing, delivering and evaluating successful employment outcomes with 3rd party employers with mutually beneficial outcomes for all.
- Monitoring research and understanding the market and identifying opportunities that will drive industry leading change to attitudes to disability employment
- Evaluating and participating in appropriate external advocacy and regulatory forums to represent Endeavour and the people we support to deliver a more equitable and sustainable work environment for people with a disability.
- Driving analysis of existing business processes, partnerships and proactive remediation to support implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in a multi-site leadership operational role with a focus on profitability, commercial outcomes including quality management, safety leadership and customer service excellence.
- Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in relevant discipline including Business, Commerce, or Quality Assurance, is highly desirable.
- 5+ years Industry experience and working knowledge, preferably in disability or related employment services.
- Experience in employment solutions roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes across a diverse range of commercial sectors.
- Experience in leading successful, engaged and high performing teams to support organizational objectives.
- Working knowledge of quality standards and regulations
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.
