**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
Our online store is the fastest growing in our business and we are looking for a motivated customer service and admin assistant to join a small close knit team in West Ryde.

Your role will include:

- Picking and processing online orders
- Support the E-commerce team in the day-to-day operations of the online store
- Complete regular stock checks to ensure all styles/sizes are available for purchase on our website
- Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the implementation of social media & marketing strategies
- Understanding our product range and making sure product creation and activation is across all systems
- Identifying and resolving issues
- Assisting in the production process
- General office duties

We are looking for someone with:

- An interest in fashion and social media
- Sewing experience (preferred but not required)
- Excellent computer skills
- Capability to resolve customer issues
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Great time management skills and highly organised
- Adaptable and flexible
- Able to work autonomously and be proactive, as well as being a team player

A good knowledge of social media platforms and E-commerce is preferred but not essential.

Part Time or Full Time role (flexible)

3 to 4 days per week
