A market leading Tier 2 contractor with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, our client is now seeking an experienced
**Business Improvement Specialist** to join their growing business in their Homebush office.

They work across construction projects generally in Industrial, Commercial or Defence in nature, up to the value of $50m+.

Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving current business practices, looking at ways to improve productivity, deliver customer excellence through business efficiency improvements, reduce costs, and make the best use of company resources.
- Tertiary qualification in Business or similar
- Minimum 3 years+ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in business and process improvement
- Strong reporting skills
- Results-oriented with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
