Responsibilities include analysing organisational structures, policies, systems, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, conducting research, benchmarking, and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making, providing objective advice and developing recommendations on organisational change, restructuring, and resource optimisation, assisting management in developing and implementing strategies, policies, and business plans that align with organisational goals, designing and implementing new systems, processes, and practices to improve overall efficiency and performance, advising on business improvement initiatives including workforce planning, operational performance, and resource allocation, preparing detailed reports, proposals, and business cases with practical and actionable recommendations, and monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and providing ongoing support where necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Experience as a management consultant or advisory role (minimum several years)
A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 - $100,000 per annum is offered to successful candidates.
