We are seeking a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support Finity's Product and Solutions team and the co-Heads

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Product administration, including preparing, implementing, monitoring, and updating plans, status reports and quality control.
- Development and coordination of multiple software projects operating in parallel across different products.
- Internal stakeholder management to successfully coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver to project budgets, timelines and priorities.
- Assist with the allocation and coordination of development resources, ensuring optimal utilisation and productivity.
- Provide administrative support to co-Heads of Product and team members which may include meeting bookings, minutes, presentation preparation, internal communication planning, and more.
- Fostering strong communications between the Product teams and broader Finity to contribute to overall successful delivery of work.
- Develop Finity specific product knowledge over time
**Essential skills and experience**
- 3+ years of experience in a program delivery or project management role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a technical or software product-focused environment.
- Experience in the tech or software development industry is advantageous.
**Desired skills and experience**
- Exceptional proactivity and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including adapting style to suit multiple stakeholders
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira and Confluence) and office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and adapt to change
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information, including working with product financials
- Experience in developing new processes, ways of working and introducing best practice
- Strong understanding of technical product development and software lifecycle management is a plus.
